Speeding Driver Had Pot, Police Say

A 23-year-old man is accused of speeding and having drugs when he was stopped on Oct. 1.

An Orland Park man was busted with marijuana after cops stopped him for speeding, according to a report.

Christopher A. Hacker, 23, of the 14500 block of South Westwood Drive, was charged with possessing marijuana, possessing drug paraphernalia and speeding on Oct. 1, accruing to a Palos Heights police report.

Cops stopped Hacker at about 12:43 p.m. in the 12700 block of South Oak Park Avenue after clocking her vehicle traveling 52 mph in a 35 mph zone, the report states.

Police recovered marijuana and a smoking pipe with burnt marijuana residue during the stop, the report states.

Bail was set at $1,500. Hacker is due on Nov. 20 in Bridgeview court.
