Man Dies After Falling Off Ladder
The 50-year-old man was working in Palos Hills when it happened.
A Channahon man fell off a stepladder to his death Saturday morning while at his Palos Hills workplace, the Sun-Times Media reports.
The man was identified as 50-year-old Steven Pesavento, of the 26500 block of West Stonebriar Way in Channahon. He was pronounced dead at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn shortly after 11 a.m.
