19-Year-Old Faces 2 DUI Charges after Stop: Blotter

Underage Man Hit With DUI
Kevin Buss, 19, of Justice, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with a blood-alcohol level greater than 0.08, improper lane use and illegal consumption of alcohol, according to a report.
Buss was stopped at about 1 p.m. after police allegedly spotted him swerving in the lane on Roberts Road, the report states.
Officers could smell a strong odor of alcohol on the driver's breath, according to the report. Buss also had red eyes. He was arrested after taking field sobriety tests.
Buss was due on July 30 in Bridgeview court.
