I began as a customer of the Great Harvest bakery in Palos, and became such a regular that, when the previous owners decided to sell, they suggested to me that I would be a good bakery steward.  I knew little about baking!, but lots about good food and great nutrition, and the time was right for a new experience.  Owning a business in the town where I live, and such a great business (I mean...who doesn't like bread?) is an awesome experience.  I've expanded skills, my circle of friends; and had marvelous opportunities to serve the community I live in.  If you haven't had a chance to meet us yet, stop in!  We always have bread to share, and would be delighted to break bread with you!
