SUNDAY, JULY 3 Two juveniles were seen by police leaving Pantry Plus, 8025 W. 103rd St., with beer. The two boys were charged with possession of alcohol. They told police they were never asked for ID, police said. Milankumar Patel, 26, of Justice, was charged with selling liquor to a minor. Speeder Robert A. McCarthy, 36, of the 16100 block of Debra Drive in Oak Forest, was charged with driving under the influence and speeding. Police said they stopped McCarthy’s car in the 13300 block of Harlem Avenue around 4:15 a.m. after he was seen driving 54 mph in a 35-mph zone. Red Light, Red Face Nael Ali, 22, of the 15200 block of Catalina Drive in Orland Park, was charged with DUI, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and disobeying a traffic signal. Police said they stopped Ali’s car in the 12900 block of Harlem Avenue around 4 a.m. in connection with driving through a red light.
