The owners of Harvest Restaurant are remodeling the building at the corner of 127th and Harlem.
A new restaurant coming to Palos Heights will feature locally grown, sustainable foods from growers in Illinois and Wisconsin. Two owners of the Harvest Restaurant were granted a restaurant liquor license at Tuesday's Palos Heights City Council meeting. The upscale restaurant is coming to the former Pancake Factory building, located at the corner of Harlem Avenue and 127th Street. Owners Michael Campas and Christ Sirigas want to add a full bar, offering such things as bloody mary brunches and mimosas with their food items. Most of what they'll offer will be made on site, including bread and pastries baked in a new bakery at the restaurant. Join the conversation.
