A corner location near Ridgeland and 135th is empty. What business could come to Palos Heights and take that spot?

An ice cream chain couldn't stay afloat in Palos Heights but that just means a new business can potentially move in. Cold Stone Creamery, for a while could be found near the intersection of Ridgeland Avenue and 135th Street, closed. It was in a great location and was near such other fantastic local restaurants, including Al's Pizzeria. The empty storefront also is just down the road from Shepard High School and all the hungry students who attend. Palos Heights is seeing some impressive new business development so I wouldn't be surprised if this location is snatched up soon. Join the conversation.
