First opened in 1962, Incarnation Catholic Church is one of the largest houses of worship in the Palos area. TheMore church also houses an elementary school and a religious education program. Parishioners participate in a variety of groups and organizations, including the St. Vincent DePaul Society, education committee, bereavement ministry, youth group, senior groups, garden club, mother's club, youth athletics, music and numerous others. The pastor, Father Ron Mass, has been at Incarnation since 1997.

The parish boundaries include all of Palos Heights and parts of Crestwood and Alsip. The rough boundaries are Midlothian Turnpike, Cal Sag Road, Cicero Avenue and Ridgeland Avenue. The church also runs a program for the unemployed that helps with resume building, interview skills and job search strategies. That group meets the second Wednesday of each month.
