Show Your Astros Spirit and Help the Hungry

We're pitting the Shepard Astros against the Oak Forest Bengals in Patch's Spirit Challenge, as the two schools battle in the IHSA playoffs. Share photos of your school spirt and you'll help feed the needy in town.

Hey Shepard fans — are you ready to show your school spirit and help the hungry along the way?

The Shepard High School Astros will face Oak Forest in the next round of the high school football playoffs, and Patch is challenging each school community and its fans to rise to the challenge. In the School Spirit Playoff Challenge, Astros fans and Bengals fans are asked to share their school spirit with their respective communities by uploading photos to Patch.

For every photo that shows the school spirit of the Shepard Astros, Palos Patch will donate one canned good to Together We Cope. Likewise, each photo shared by Bengals fans on Oak Forest Patch will result in a canned good donation to Together We Cope.
