Chicago Blackhawks Parade and Stanley Cup Tracker
Written by Patch Editor Michael Sewall
The Chicago Blackhawks will celebrate their Stanley Cup victory with a parade Friday morning in Chicago, according to reports.
Final details haven't been released yet, including the exact time and parade route. We will update this article when that information is available.
In 2010, when the Blackhawks last won the Cup, the parade was at 10:30 a.m. It went east on Washington Street from Wacker Drive, then north on Michigan Avenue to East Wacker.
Before those festivities, people are trying to get a glimpse of sport's most famous trophy. There are a couple of ways to follow the Stanley Cup and see where it might be:
- Follow the #cuptracker hashtag on Twitter for updates.
- Check out the Google Maps "Where is the Cup" map, which shows where the Cup is and when it's on the move.
