As I drive our girls to and from school in the bitter cold weather, I see a lot of kids walking on the streets. In some cases it’s simply because no sidewalks are available. In other cases it’s because people haven’t cleared the sidewalks in front of their homes.
If you have a sidewalk and you’ve cleared the snow from it, thank you very much. The kids walking to and from school really appreciate your work.
If you have a sidewalk and you haven’t cleared it, please take a few minutes to do so. I realize it’s a little more work, but it really does make a difference for the kids walking to and from school (or the bus).
