VIDEO: Kids Get Messy at District 128 Science Night
A Science night was held for children and their families at Chippewa School in Palos Heights on Wednesday night.
Hundreds of visitors packed Chippewa School in Palos Heights to participate in the second annual Science Night. Organized by the District 128 Parent Faculty Organization, the night featured hands on experiments and demonstrations geared toward younger children.
Parents were encouraged to guide their children through the various experiment stations. Children got a hands on feel of a variety of science concepts. All the proceeds from the event go toward the PFA's efforts to fund district activities.
