Mediterranean Fresh Friday Cooking Class
Join Chefs4You, Chef Betsy Robinson and Dr. John Principe, as they take you on a culinary journey to the foundations of the Mediterranean diet. Emphasis on the use of fresh vegetables, fruits , whole grains and healthy fats will be reviewed from both the culinary and nutritional perspectives. Opportunities to have hands-on experience in the kitchen will be provided. Recipes are included. The Menu: Roasted Beet Salad, Grilled Shrimp with EVOO and Parsley, Layered Eggplant & Polenta Casserole, Chocolate Almond Macaroons & Wine
