Learn how to apply this continuous improvement process to all areas of a business by enrolling in the Lean Enterprise classes at Moraine Valley Community College.

The Lean Leadership seminar is designed to help companies that have been using Lean move forward. Executives and middle managers will learn how to develop Lean thinking along with developing powerful Lean leadership skills to create a growing and sustainable business environment. This one-day workshop will be on Friday, Oct. 7, from 8-10 a.m. The cost is $99.
