INTRODUCTION TO PUBLIC SPEAKING Ages 12-15

This class is an introduction to the events in competitive public speaking and debating for students ages 12-15. Students will learn the basic writing, argumentation and delivery skills necessary to succeed in the various public speaking events offered on the high school level in Illinois (the Illinois High School Association) and nationally (the National Forensic League).
