Challenge yourself to grow and develop to your very best potential. As projects develop within the group you will enhance and become more aware of skills you have. These skills/abilities such as understanding what you need to know to make a good decision; how to identify and set goals; how to handle peer pressure; how to resolve conflict, will be identified and practiced within a supportive group and will lead to improved self esteem and enhanced self confidence. Learn the traits of effective leaders.
