Lee found a seam and burst 86 yards for a touchdown on a kickoff return in Shepard's 24-19 loss to Richards on Friday night. His big play energized the Astros and was reminiscent of Hester's work on Sunday's in the NFL.

Lee is honored today for his performance as the Patch Athlete of the Week for Palos.

His kickoff return put Shepard on top 14-7. The touchdown came after Richards tied things up 7-7 early in the first quarter. It felt like a game changer, but unfortunately for the Astros, Richards' game plan of sticking to the option run was too much for Shepard.

Lee scored on a touchdown catch in Shepards's 21-0 vicgtory over Argo. The kickoff return for a TD was his first of the season.

Lee, a junior wide receiver and special teams ace, also plays defensive back and returns punts. He only comes off the field to get a drink of water.
