Community Update

Took Sport coat, pants and shirt in for dry cleaning. Picked-up and left in plastic until next day for wedding. When I took sport coat out of plastic, there were threads and white lint on coat. In as we were leaving for a wedding, my wife used lint roller to clean jacket. The next day I took shirt and pants back into Rose Brite for dry cleaning and told them about jacket issue and the lady at the counter said sorry. i told them I'm giving them one more chance. I went to pick up pants and shirt and brought receipt for jacket and asked for credit or even for this cleaning bill which was about the same and lady at counter said she couldn't. She called man from back and I explained to him the issue and he said he would have to see jacket. I told him that people don't take stuff out of plastic until ready to wear and in getting ready for wedding I'm not going to be able to come to you to show you the jacket he said if he can't see problem too bad.
I told the two of them that they just lost a long time customer and that their customer service and satisfaction is terrible. They had no comment except to ask for payment for current bill. Totally rude.
Please don't ever use this dry cleaning business for your cleaning.
