Woman Who T-Boned Police Car Was Drunk: Prosecutor
Olivia D. Aguilar, of Hickory Hills, Thursday smashed her Audi into a police cruiser and then fled the scene.
A Hickory Hills woman was drunk when she swerved and slammed her car into that of Hickory Hills police officers attempting to curb her for driving without headlights, before fleeing the scene.
Blood and footprints left behind in the snow led police to Olivia Aguilar, 22, at her home about a block away from the crash at West 93rd Street and South 78th Court, the Tribune reports.
Aguilar, of the 7900 block of West 93rd Street in Hickory Hills, T-boned her Audi into the fully marked cruiser and fled without checking on the officers’ condition or offer help, according to the report.
Aguilar is charged with two counts of aggravated battery, failure to stop after an injury accident, driving under the influence, failure to reduce speed, no proof of insurance, failure to give aid, no headlights and driving with a suspended license/
Aguilar was ordered to be held Saturday on $10,000 bail. Her next court appearance is Feb. 11.
