Who Done It? Help Palos Park Police Nab Thief for 'Pump and Run'

This man is tied to a theft at a Shell gas station on Memorial Day. Can you help police identify him?

Palos Park police are seeking the public's help in identifying a man wanted for scamming a gas station out of fuel.

The man targeted a Shell station at 130th and LaGrange on Monday. He told the clerk his credit card had been rejected at the pump, prompting the clerk to activate it—then pumped his gas and took off without paying, police said.

The gas station manager told police the same man had attempted a similar cheat at a station across the street.
