Underage Drinkers Broke into Vehicle: Blotter

SATURDAY, MARCH 16

Laptop Theft

Matthew J. Vandermay, 26, of Worth, was charged with theft, according to a report. He is accused of stealing a laptop. Vandermay had been arrested before in connection with a Palos Hills home burglary where a video game console and games were taken. He also had warrants out for his arrest with several other police departments.

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 13

Damaged Carperting, Walls

Someone punched holes in the walls, broke doors and damaged the carpeting of a property in the 11200 block of South Moraine Drive. The cost of the damage is unknown.

TUESDAY, MARCH 12

Underage Drinking

Paul Legutko, 20, of Palos Hills, and Dawid Zalewski, 19, of Hickory Hills, were charged with criminal trespass to a vehicle and underage drinking, according to a report. The men were charged at about 2:41 a.m. after police found they had entered a vehicle without permission on Cour Leroux.
