Three Arrests in 1 Week at Stagg High School

Three separate incidents at the school resulted in arrests, according to Palos Hills police reports.

TUESDAY, NOV. 19

Stolen iPad

A student at Stagg High School was arrested for theft. Police say that they were called to the school around 2:30 p.m. after it was discovered that an iPad was missing from the school's inventory. Police investigated the last student who had access to the iPad and she then admitted that she had indeed taken the device, police said. She will appear in juvenile court on the charge. 

THURSDAY, NOV. 21

Parking Lot Fight

At about 3 p.m. police were called to Stagg High School and told that a fight had occurred in the school's rear parking lot, police said. Two females were involved in an argument earlier in the day and after school Rubba Salhi, 20, of Palos Park, approached the juvenile girl she had been arguing with and pushed her against the wall and began screaming at her, police said. Salhi was charged with disorderly conduct and battery.  

FRIDAY, NOV. 22

Pot Possession

A male juvenile student at Stagg High School was charged with possession of cannabis and possession of drug equipment after he was found to have a glass pipe and marijuana by school officials, police said.
