Sketch of Suspected Palos Heights Home Intruder Released

Palos Heights police released a sketch of a man they believed attempted to enter a home Tuesday.

On Tuesday, Nov. 15, at 8:53 a.m. a man attempted to enter a home on the 12400 block of Natchez Avenue in Palos Heights, police said.

The suspect entered a screened-in porch in the rear of the home through an unlocked door. He then started to open the sliding glass door that led into the family room, police said.

That is when a resident of the home spotted him trying to enter and shut the door. The man then fled to a black Chevy Suburban that was described as being about 10 years old.

The suspect depicted in the sketch is a white male, about 40 to 50 years old, with a medium build and gray hair. If you have any information you can reach the at 708-448-2131.
