Police are canvassing the area for someone who robbed a Palos Park house on Wednesday.
The garage door of a home in the first block of Old Creek Road was forced open, Palos Park police said. Electronics and jewelry were taken.
Police said the break-in happened between 10:20 a.m. and 2 p.m. Evidence technicians are at the home.
A second Palos Park house was hit less than a week ago. Police said a burglar on Nov. 8 pried off the lock on the side door of a home in the 100 block of 84th Avenue. Jewelry and other items were stolen.
