Palos Park Police Blotter: Pot Posession and DUI

Palos Park police reports, June 4-16.

SATURDAY, JUNE 11

Car Radio Nabbed

A radio and iPod were stolen out of a car parked at Jewel, 9600 W. 131st St., police said. The passenger-side handle was cut to gain entrance into the car.

Pipe Possession

Matthew Kammer, 20, of the 800 block of 16th Avenue in Union Grove, Wis., was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and underage possession of alcohol. Kammer was stopped on 123rd Street around 4:45 p.m. for a cracked windshield, police said. Kammer was driving on a suspended license, and police found two glass pipes and alcohol after searching the car, according to the police report.

SATURDAY, JUNE 4

DUI on LaGrange Road

Tom Krygowski, 60, of the 15700 block of Chapel Hill in Orland Park, was charged with drunken driving. Krygowski was stopped in the 13100 block of LaGrange Road after driving erratically, police said. Krygowski failed multiple field sobriety test and refused to submit to a breath or blood test, police said.
