He Fought the Law, The Law Won

Police said Patrick Lynn, 24, of Palos Hills, was charged with obstructing and resisting arrest. Lynn was asked to leave a restaurant in the 10100 block of Roberts Road after he began screaming at security personnel, police said. After police arrived, Lynn still refused to leave and began to fight with the officers when he was placed under arrest, according to reports.

Unlocked Car, Stolen Cell Phones

Two cell phones were taken from an unlocked parked car on the 8500 block of 83rd Terrace, police said.

Purse Perp Fled

A purse containing $80 was taken from an unlocked car parked in a parking lot on the 8100 block of 107th Street at about 2 p.m., police said. An unidentified man was seen behind a building standing over a purse, according to reports. After he noticed he was being watched, police said the man fled. The owner of the purse was notified.
