SUNDAY, FEB. 19

Laundry Detergent Swiped From Locker

A woman reported that a large amount of laundry detergent and luggage were taken from a storage locker in the 11100 block of 84th Avenue, police said. There was no sign of damage to the locker and detectives are investigating.

iPhone Taken at Bar

Andrew Talbot was charged with theft after a woman reported that he had stolen her iPhone at Durbin's, 10154 S. Robert Road, police said. Security footage confirmed that Talbot took the phone off the bar, police said.

SATURDAY, FEB. 18

Felony Charge For Driver

Marian Tworek, 46, of Orland Park, was charged with felony driving on a revoked license and obstructing identification. Tworek was driving down Roberts Road in a van with ladders on the roof projecting past the bumper without warning flags, police said. The plates on the vehicle did not match the registration and it was discovered that Tworek's license had been revoked for driving under the influence of alcohol, police said.

FRIDAY, FEB. 17

DUI and Pot Pipe

Jason Wiley, 33, of Alsip, was charged with drunken driving, possession of drug equipment and three traffic violations. Wiley was stopped at 2:15 a.m. after making a wide turn onto 103rd Street from Roberts Road, police said. Wiley failed a field sobriety test and had a small glass pipe with marijuana residue, police said. 

THURSDAY, FEB. 16

Cars Damaged

Two vehicles parked on the 10300 block of 86th Avenue were damaged during the night, police said. The passenger side window was broken on one car and a rear window was broken on another, police said. 

DUI on 103rd Street

Ryszard Surdel, 34, of Palos Hills, was charged with drunken driving. Surdel was stopped for speeding and moving between lanes at 10:40 p.m. on 103rd Street near 76th Avenue, police said. He failed a field sobriety test, police said.
