Palos Heights Police Blotter: DUIs and Marijuana Possession
Palos Heights police reports, April 10-15.
SUNDAY, APRIL 15
DUI on Harlem
Joseph Schadt, 33, of the 9200 block of Massasoit Avenue in Oak Lawn, was charged with driving under the influence. He was stopped at 3:32 a.m. for speeding and failed a field sobriety tests and a breath test, police said.
DUI on Harlem
Ralph Wojcik, 37, of the 7400 block of 162nd Street in Tinley Park, was charged with driving under the influence and operating an uninsured vehicle. He was stopped at 2:19 a.m. and officers noticed the smell of alcohol and his bloodshot and glassy eyes, police said. He failed all field sobriety tests, police said.

SATURDAY, APRIL 14
DUI on College Drive
Kyle Roderick, 24, of the 13300 block of 108th Avenue in Orland Park, was charged with driving under the influence and operation of an uninsured vehicle. He was stopped at 2:07 a.m. and officers detected a strong smell of alcohol, police said. He refused to perform field sobriety tests, police said.

FRIDAY, APRIL 13
DUI on Harlem
Sammy Najib, 25, of the 11700 block of 83rd Avenue in Palos Park, was charged with driving under the influence. He was stopped for speeding at 2:37 a.m. and failed both field sobriety tests and a breath test, police said.
DUI on College Drive
Joel Vasquez, 21, of the 4700 block of 130th Street in Alsip, was charged with driving under the influence. He was stopped at about 12:20 a.m. and failed a breath test, police said.
TUESDAY, APRIL 10
Possession of Cannabis
Christopher D. Collaro-Kent , 28, of the 8600 block of Natchez in Burbank, was charged with possession of cannabis. He was stopped at 2:40 p.m. at 119th Street and Harlem Avenue for a registration violation, police said. Officers found a small amount of cannabis inside his vehicle, police said.
