Palos Heights Home Burglarized By Men In Letterman Jackets

A Palos Heights home was burglarized on Sept. 30, according to police.

Two men wearing letterman-type jackets and backpacks walked into a Palos Heights home through the front door and ransacked the house, police said.

The incident occurred on Sept. 30 between 2:20 p.m. and 3 p.m. on the 12300 block of 69th Court, police said. The suspects, described as white males, entered through an unlocked door and took an SLR digital camera, camera bag and jewelry from the master bedroom, police said.

The burglars searched through other parts of the home, but did not take the other high-end electronics that were in the home. A footprint impression was found outside the home, but police believe the suspects were wearing gloves.
