Manhunt Monday: Have You Seen Constantin Medina?

Every Monday Patch highlights one of Cook County's most wanted fugitives.

This week’s fugitive focuses on Constantin Medina, who is wanted on a warrant for aggravated criminal sexual abuse.

According to the charge on the Cook County Sheriff’s Police website:

“On June 27th, 2010, the 29-year-old victim was walking northbound on Wheeling Road when Medina parked his car behind her, approached the victim, grabbed her and began assaulting her, placing his hands beneath her clothes. The two struggled, and the victim managed to hit Medina in the face. Medina then took off on foot, jumped in his car and drove away. On July 12th, Medina was stopped for speeding and was unable to produce a valid driver’s license.  His car matched the description given by the victim, and he was arrested. Medina later admitted to assaulting the victim and the victim identified him from a lineup..”

Medina, 28, is a male white Hispanic, 5-feet-4-inches tall. He has black hair and brown eyes. His last known address was in the 1000 block of Boxwood, Mt. Prospect.
