Lyons Man Accused of Using Kid to Sell Candy

Francis R. Robertson, 42, was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a child, according to police.

A Lyons man is accused of using a child to sell candy in Palos Heights in order to make money for himself.

Francis R. Robertson, 42, of the 8600 block of 47th Street, was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a child, according to a Palos Heights police report.

Police arrested Robertson at about 4:57 p.m. near the 12200 block of Harlem Avenue, according to the report.

Bail was set at $1,500. Robertson is due on June 17 in Bridgeview court.
