Argument Leads to Battery Charge 

Christopher Krentkowski, 33, of Worth, was charged with criminal damage to property and battery, according to a police report. Police were called at about 1 a.m. to the area of 10500 S. Palos Place. The alleged victim told police she got into an argument with Krentkowski, who then reportedly threw a mirror and other items at her. He is due in Bridgeview court on March 15.

Battery Charges At School

A male juvenile was charged at around noon with battery after an employee at Stagg High School told police that the boy struck another student in the head, according to a report. The alleged offender will appear in Bridgeview court. On the same day, two male juveniles were charged with battery after alleging fighting at Stagg, police said.

Kicking and Screaming

Tamara Cox, 29, of Chicago, was charged with disorderly conduct, battery and resisting a police officer, according to a police report. Police were called at about 5 a.m. to the area of the Speedway Gas Station, located at 10300 S. Roberts Rd. Gas station employees told officers a woman locked herself in the bathroom. They also could smell a strong odor of alcohol on her breath. When an ambulance was called, Cox allegedly began yelling, hitting and kicking police. She is due in Bridgeview court on March 15.
