Unprovoked Hit

Romualdas Grigaliunas, 54, of Palos Hills, was charged with battery, according to a report. Police were called at about 9 p.m. to the area of Cour Caravelle for a report of a disturbance. A woman told police that a drunken man hit her in the face. She also said she did nothing to provoke him. Grigaliunas is due on June 19 in Bridgeview court.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 8

Fight Over A Wallet

Police were called at about 1:50 a.m. over a fight in the 7900 block of 99th Street, according to a report. Officers were told that someone looking for a lost wallet came to the door of a home on that street. The man and the homeowner then got into a fight. By the time police arrived, the attacker had fled.

Drug Sale

A juvenile was charged with selling drugs to a person under the age of 18 and resisting arrest, according to a report. Police were called at about 1 p.m. to Stagg High School, 8015 W. 111th St., on a report of student trying to sell pills to another student. When officers arrived, the student refused to show them what he had in his hand. He also allegedly fought with police and was arrested. The juvenile said he sells pills for $5 each.
