Driver Blew Through Village on Blow: Police

A Palos Park officer stopped a driver who looked like he was snorting cocaine while driving.

A Chicago woman is accused of possessing cocaine after Palos Park police allegedly saw her snorting the drug while driving in the village.

Elizabeth Gonzalez, 30, is charged with possession of a controlled substance.

A Palos Park officer on patrol spotted a minivan driving erratically southbound on South La Grange Road near 128th Street on Friday.

Police said that it looked like the driver was trying to snort cocaine. During a traffic stop, police tested six baggies the woman allegedly had with her. All came back positive for cocaine.

Gonzalez appeared in bond court Saturday morning at the Cook COunty Criminal Court Building in Chicago.
