SUNDAY, APRIL 21

DUI Charges for Frankfort Man

Gregory A. Kozacek, 28, of the 20000 block of Rosewood Drive, Frankfort, was charged with driving under the influence, DUI with a blood-alcohol greater than 0.08 and speeding, according to a report. Kozacek was stopped near 13000 S. Harlem Ave., for speeding. Police saw signs that he had been drinking. The driver was arrested after performing field sobriety tests. Kozacek is set to appear on June 3 in Bridgeview court.

SATURDAY, APRIL 20

Cocaine Possession Charge for Chicago Man

Garryl A. Dillard, 55, of the 7100 block of South Franciso Avenue, Chicago, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, driving with a suspended license and failing to wear a seat belt, according to a report. Dillard was stopped at about 10:17 a.m. near 12900 S. Harlem Ave., for not wearing a seat belt. The driver was arrested after a background check showed he had a suspended license. After a search, police found 1.3 grams of a white powdery substance that tested positive for cocaine.
