No one was injured in a Tuesday afternoon fire that burnt a Palos Hills garage.
An official with the North Palos Fire Protection District said no one was home at the 10559 S. 88th Ave. when the fire ignited.
The cause appears to be connected with a refrigerator operating inside the garage, said district Chief Dan Russell. A preliminary investigated indicates that an electrical problem started the fire.
Firefighters were called shortly before 1 p.m.
Russell said the fire was under control within 10 minutes of firefighters arriving.
