Get Covered Illinois plans cover important benefits like doctor’s visits, hospital stays, prescriptions and more. Join the experts from the Southland Health Care Forum and learn more about the ACA and a new way to find health insurance. A free enrollment event sponsored by Ingalls and the Southland Health Care Forum will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 6, at Ingalls Care Center in Crestwood, with an informative presentation at 6 p.m. If you do not have health insurance, the time to enroll is now.
To enroll in Get Covered Illinois, please bring a driver’s license or State ID, social security card, and proof of income for the last 30 days (unemployment, social security, check stubs). For more information, visit GetCoveredIllinois.gov
