76th avenue speeding

Does anyone parol speeding on 76th avenue near college dr.  I asked the same question last year the speed limit is 20 mph andcars go zooming by 40+mph .  My neighbor almost was hit yesterday,we never see tickets being written in that area .  stop signs are blown kids walking to pool .People walking dogs   Whats going on.
