Moraine Valley offering Business Financial Management Boot Camp

A new workshop for business owners will help give their business a competitive edge as well as achieve business strength and endurance. Moraine Valley Community College’s Business Financial Management Boot Camp will be offered twice in the fall semester on the main campus, 9000 W. College Pkwy., Palos Hills.

Classes will be offered from 8 a.m. to noon on Wednesday, September 19 (course code SB5-320-170) or Thursday, October 11 (course code SB5-320-171). The cost to enroll is $150.

Attendees will learn how to evaluate business needs in Investing Concepts; minimize tax obligations in Tax Management; set goals and manage the business to achieve them in Building a Net Worth; balance risk, volatility and long-term goals in Risk Management, and teach employees to satisfy fiduciary responsibility in Educating Employees.
