McCord Holiday Shoppe Opens

The walls and halls are decked out for a magical shopping experience in Palos Park's historic McCord Gallery & Cultural Center. The Holiday Shoppe will open Friday, Nov. 26, with unique and affordable items made by local and regional artists and artisans. Dolls, pottery, jewelry, glass, quilts, ornaments, scarves, wooden toys, games and much more will fill the historic McCord House. Gift certificates to classes at McCord will also be available for the artists and musicians on your list. Stop in for a warm cup of coffee, visit with our friendly volunteers and find something special for those special people in your life.

The holiday shoppe closes Wednesday, Dec. 22. Hours are Monday-Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Friday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. The holiday shoppe is closed on Sundays, except for Dec. 19 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for "last minute shopping".
