Preventing Falls... Step by Step (a Fall Prevention Fair)

Palos Community Hospital is hosting a fair focused on the prevention of falls. The fair includes fall risk lectures and presentations on dizziness, along with vision, blood pressure and balance screenings. A physical therapist will be available to review the fitting of canes and walkers. A Palos Community Hospital pharmacist will review medications. Physical and occupational therapists, Palos Home Health nurses and other resources will be available answer your questions to help you or a loved one avoid a fall.
