Mardi Cause for Paws Fundraiser for Homeless Animals

Animal Welfare League Hosts 3rd Annual Mardi Cause 4 Paws Fundraiser for the homeless animals.

ALL AGES WELCOME!

Animal Welfare League will be hosting its third annual masquerade gala, Mardi Cause 4 Paws, being held March 1, 2014 at Southside Chicago's largest entertainment complex “115 Bourbon Street” in Merrionette Park, Illinois. Address: 3359 West 111th Street.

Attendees will enjoy an evening of food, fun and good times while helping to raise much needed funds for the homeless animals at the shelter.
Advance Tickets are just $35 for adults ($45 at the door), children ages 6-12 years are $20 ($30 at door) and under 5 years of age...free!

Ticket price includes event, food, beer, wine, soda and live entertainment from “Timing’s Everything”; a Chicago band who’s high-energy show is filled with modern as well as classic hits. They play 70's, 80's, 90's and Top 40 Pop, Rock, and Country hits. Event starts at 3pm ends at 8pm.

Adoptable animals, raffles, 50/50, merchandise and silent auctions will top off the nights festivities. Prizes for the best male/female Masquerade Mask will also be awarded.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to meet (and greet) ex-Chicago Bears Player and All-American from University of Notre Dame...Chris Zorich. Chris will be signing autographs and working with the animals!

The Animal Welfare League is a not-for-profit humane organization. The League operates two shelters in the Chicago area, which care for over 19,000 homeless and abandoned animals each year. The Animal Welfare League receives no local, state or federal funding and relies on private donations. The League’s services include adoptions, animal redemptions, animal assisted therapy, humane education, volunteer program, cruelty investigations, a low-cost spay and neuter clinic, clinic services for those on a limited income. Clinic is open to the general public.
