Free College Art Contest for 3rd Congressional District "What Does The 4th of July Mean To You?"

Introducing a new art contest for college students whom live in the 3rd Congressional District.  

Small Business Owner, Palos Township Trustee and 3rd Congressional District Candidate - Sharon Brannigan - is hosting a new art contest for college students who attend the following community colleges: Richard J. Daley CC, Moraine Valley CC, College of DuPage and the Joliet Junior College.

The Theme of the Contest: "What Does The 4th of July Mean To You?"

No need to be an artist enrolled in a fine arts curriculum, any student from these colleges can apply!

Fill out a registration (entry) form and submit your art entry!  Once your registration form and your art is received, it will be visible online and at Sherry's Flower Shoppe from the date received through September of 2014.

Deadline:
The last day to submit your art entry is June 21st, 2014 by 5:00pm.  1st, 2nd and 3rd Place Winners will be chosen by June 28, 2014!

Creating an original artwork celebrating our nation's independence is great way to show your patriotism this year, and, have fun while doing it!  Citizens of the 3rd Congressional District are some of the most patriotic citizens in Illinois!  Let's show our pride in our country this 4th of July and support The Arts in our state and in our country!
