The end of one year and start of another is always a great time
to reflect on what has worked and what hasn’t worked for us, and to think about
what we want to do differently next year. Creating an actual plan will help you
stick with your career-related goals for the year. So, let’s get moving!
Please prepare to bring some record, spreadsheet or list - of
your job search activities over the past 6 months. July - December ONLY; nothing prior. No
worries about crafting the perfect list at this point. Let's just explore what
you've been up to during that time, and how you can proceed going forward. With
such a diverse community of participants and professions, no two plans may be
alike.
