One Vote Separates No and Yes on Palos Electrical Aggregation Question

Voters in unincorporated Palos Township decided the question Tuesday night.

There was a one-vote difference in the Electrical Aggregation referendum in unincorporated Palos Township with all nine precincts counted.

The yes votes were tallied at 472 and the no votes came in at 473, according to unofficial Tuesday night results.

Electrical aggregation is a program that allows local governments to bundle - or aggregate - residential and small commercial retail electric accounts and seek bids for a cheaper source of power.
