How much would you spend on a cup of coffee?

Coffee giant Starbucks has launched a premium cup of coffee that that'll run you $7 for a cup, according The Los Angeles Times. The Costa Rica Finca Palmilera line of coffee is the brand's most expensive ever sold. Eight ounces of the beans runs $40.

The coffee chain has 11,000 stores across the country and the super coffee is only available in less than 50 stores in Portland and Seattle.

Starbucks claims the particular beans that make the brew, which are called Geisha heirloom varietals, are rare and that justifies the price, the LA Times reports.
