Located at 127th Street and Ridgeland Avenue in a shopping center that is anchored by and features a number of retail stores, the building has been for sale for over two years.
Palos Heights officials say interest in the just over 4,000 square foot building is strong from potential buyers and tenants. The property is available for lease or sale with an asking price of $460,000.
