TCF Bank Branch Inside Palos Heights Jewel Closing

The bank is set to close in March of 2014.

The TCF Bank branch at the Palos Heights Jewel-Osco will be one of 37 branches closing by the end of March.

According to Crain's Chicago Business, the branches are closing as part of the bank's consolidation efforts tied to the growth of online banking options. TCF bank branches will still remain open in 118 other Jewel grocery stores.

While TCF may be closing some Jewel locations, it plans to add 52 ATM machines to CTA stations across the city, according to the report.
