Baumann Family Benefit Pub Crawl

The husband and wife duo who operate Baumann Bakery in Palos Heights have had a number of medical hardships over the last year.

Ray and Cathy Baumann have owned and operated Baumann's Bakery in Palos Heights for more than 25 years.

In April 2009, Ray was diagnosed with a rare, life-threatening genetic disorder that affected his liver. In March 2010, Ray received a liver transplant. Cathy has also had serious health issues, all while trying to manage the bakery in Ray's absence.

The Baumann's face overwhelming medical bills, and their insurance capped out. Please help make a difference for the Baumann Family.

Friends and family members are rallying to the cause and organizing a benefit on Jan 29 at 115 Bourbon Street in Merrionette Park.
