Saturday, September 21st: 12:30 - 10:00 P.M.
The Annual Fall Festival Will Boast Over 20 Cooks With a Public Tasting Scheduled For 5:15 P.M on Saturday, September 21st.
This highly anticipated and expanded BBQ Rib Competition will include amateur cooks from all over Illinois, competing for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place, and People's Choice. Judging is set for 5:00 P.M. by a panel certified by the Kansas City Barbeque Society or The Village of Palos Park.
Last year, the public tasting sold out! Head to the festival grounds early in the day to purchase your tokens and take part in this fun and delicious event!
